About Us

The Lambassaors’ story began on a small sheep farm in the Midlands with a mission to bolster the public’s appetite for British Lamb and put it firmly back on the menu.

Since starting out at Broadway Market just 18 months ago selling our own rare-breed lamb, we have since traded at the best festivals across the UK, had a permanent site at Brixton Rooftop, fed countless newly-weds and are fully fledged members of Kerb.

Our meat is all sourced from right here in Britain and when possible, we still use our own rare-breed sheep, believing that any air miles on meat are totally unnecessary.

We aim to ensure that all of our processes and products are as sustainable as possible, ensuring for example that we minimise our waste and only use biodegradable packaging.
